for our take-away noodles, our chef has specially
prepared the noodles to preserve its texture for as
long as 15 mins after cooking.
If you intend to consume the noodles later and have a microwave oven to reheat your soup, we recommend that you ask to have your noodles cooled when placing your order. Cooling the noodles right after cooking will maintain the texture of the noodles for a much longer time.
